I appreciate you wanting to learn more about me and my work. I have had a long career in the helping profession both in the medical system as a child and family counsellor at BC Children’s Hospital Psychiatric Assessment Unit, a Family Support worker at Delatassist and years of private practice working with individual adults, couples, families and children of all ages. Along with my professional experience I am continually learning and growing and moving beyond my own limitations so that I can best teach and guide others.

The journey beyond pain and conditioned limitation has been a long adventure of exploring, unraveling, shining light in dark places and finding “the gold in the wound.” I have gained much from travelling in foreign lands, studying and gathering experience from teachers, friends and family, becoming attached and letting go and seeing myself in the faces of people that I meet.

I approach each new client with a clean slate. I want to get to know you and to gain your trust so we can venture together into the unknown territory that will give you the most value  and reward.  I dip into my toolkit of modalities as guided by my intuition and your needs in the moment.  Progress can happen very rapidly and your external life will begin to adjust and change in response to the new inner landscape, so hold on and enjoy the ride. I am always there to guide and support you, making refinements and digging deeper as you are ready to evolve.

I am currently practicing in Ocean Park, located in British Columbia Canada and am available for telephone consults, zoom video consults, private sessions in my office as well as travelling to communities far and wide for workshops, seminars and private sessions.
